Registry / contribute
The registry grows through suggestions and curated imports. Listing is free, editorial, and based on fit — not stars, sponsorship, or who asks loudest. Two ways to contribute: review agents you have run, or submit a new one below.
Open an issue with the basics — name, repo URL, category suggestion, paper link if there is one, and one line on why it fits. No template gymnastics; a maintainer reads every one.
Suggest an agent on GitHubThe registry data lives in data/agents-snapshot.json, and the only supported entry point for new records is the validated CLI — the snapshot is never hand-edited:
pnpm agent:add owner/repo --category <slug> [--paper URL] [--tags "Stanford,Nature-Biotechnology"] pnpm db:apply-snapshot
The same verbs also ship as the standalone @webioinfo/agentx-cli npm package — agentx add … --root <dir> maintains any checkout of the registry. Full development setup is in the repository README.
The other contribution
Ran a research agent recently? A verified-run review with your logs linked does more for the next researcher than any listing.
